At Maffetone heart rate, to see improvements for an example, you should run two hours and 30 minutes a week in order to see it benefits.

Hi Joe, there is no set amount of time to train at MAF but obviously the more you can do the better, but without overdoing it.
Many people feel that aiming for 7 hours a week of MAF training is a good amount of time.
