I'm 73 and workout 6 days a week on treadmill, elliptical and sometimes recumbent bike. On the treadmill I do NOT run (knees) but walk at 4.5 with elevation of 4-8 degrees. Can the MAF training be used on all these machines or is it only for running? Thanks.

Hi David, thanks for the question.
MAF training can be applied to all sorts of training and that includes all the equipment that you are using. If you stick to your MAF heart rate, you will be training your aerobic system, no matter the activity.
